These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Winrup ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at https://winrup.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, features, services and functionality available through the Winrup platform.

Winrup is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform built for players across Pakistan, providing access to sports betting markets, live casino products, slot gaming and associated promotional services. The platform presents all content in English with Pakistani-local context including references to Pakistani Rupees (PKR), familiar payment methods and local sporting events such as Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments and domestic cricket fixtures.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, or using any service offered through winrup.cam, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "Site" — The Winrup website accessible at https://winrup.cam, including all sub-pages, content, features and services available thereon.
• "User" / "Account Holder" — Any individual who registers an account with Winrup and accesses platform services.
• "Account" — The registered user profile created by a User upon completion of the registration process, subject to verification.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive awarded to a User under conditions published at the time of the promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring a User to submit identity and address documentation to confirm eligibility and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which account balances and transaction amounts are displayed on this platform where applicable.

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws of your country or territory of residence, whichever is greater. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under guardianship or any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not reside in or access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where participation in online gambling would cause you to breach any applicable law or regulation. 5. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and may result in forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity unless you have notified Winrup of a security breach in writing without undue delay.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must contact Winrup support immediately via the channels described in Section 15 of these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Winrup grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any platform content.
• Access or use the platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper or similar technology to interact with the platform.
• Systematically extract data, game results or odds information for any external purpose.
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security feature of the platform.

Winrup provides gaming services on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service issues or events beyond our reasonable control.

All game outcomes on Winrup are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live-dealer studio equipment operated by licensed suppliers. Results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be raised with support within the timeframe specified in current dispute resolution procedures.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods available in the platform's live cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on your jurisdiction, account verification status and the applicable payment provider's own policies.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is made available, including but not limited to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated time limit will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: When playing with an active bonus, a maximum bet per spin or round applies as stated in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Winrup platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or that of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, algorithm or artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses or otherwise interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Laundering money or using the platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Using the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Winrup staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the platform's technology or content.

Winrup employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, Winrup may void bets, cancel bonuses, freeze account balances and permanently close the account without prior notice. Matters involving potential criminal activity may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Winrup platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software code and the overall compilation of the platform — is the property of Winrup or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The limited licence granted to you under Section 5 of these Terms does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any platform content without the prior written consent of Winrup.

The Winrup name, logo and all associated marks are the property of Winrup. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence to use such marks without prior written authorisation.

Winrup is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a range of tools designed to support player wellbeing. All of the following controls are available to registered users through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum loss you can incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications after a set duration of play and optionally prevent further play until a cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net result.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which account access is disabled.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winrup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses, even if Winrup has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Winrup's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Winrup is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services, payment processors or linked platforms. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual information for Pakistani users and do not imply any warranty, endorsement or partnership with those institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Winrup reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• A User's request for self-exclusion;
• Platform discontinuation or restructuring.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct or regulatory obligation, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) shall be returned to the User via a supported payment method subject to completion of KYC and applicable processing procedures.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Winrup platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions or prohibitions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation. Winrup does not claim Pakistani government authorization for its operations and makes no representation that participation is lawful for users located in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan must form their own independent legal assessment of applicable law prior to registration.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with Winrup support may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Details of applicable dispute resolution procedures are available upon request from the support team.

Winrup reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, platform functionality, business practices or for any other reason at Winrup's discretion.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users by email or through an on-screen notification within the platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are advised to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
